Diana was a great help during my labour and postpartum period. She also gave advice before the birth and I feel that she knows her stuff really well. It was nice that I had someone who I could turn to when I wanted to know about a particular part of pregnancy/birth/postpartum.
A great thing was also that, when she was not sure about something, she made time to reach out to her other doula contacts to clarify anything that was needed. I felt I could really trust the information I got from her. It saved me a lot of panic googling!
I had quite a long and tough labour and sometimes wonder how I would have managed without her. She was reassuring and proactive with techniques that could alleviate some of the labour pains. And after labour she supported me with advice on healing and many things baby related. She was there for our baby’s first bath!! (She took some quite lovely photos of that occasion with my phone 😁)
Diana was also a great help to my husband, advising him what he could do to help during the labour. We both felt well taken care of by her.
I definitely recommend her services to anyone looking for a kind and knowledgeable doula 🙂
