As your Postpartum Doula...

I’m here to disrupt the lie that you should be doing this alone, perfectly, or quietly falling apart. Postpartum isn’t a side note; it’s a sacred threshold. And it deserves to be held like one.

I’ll support you emotionally and practically, but also intuitively, sensing what’s needed before it’s said. Whether you’re processing birth, riding hormonal waves, or just trying to eat a hot meal, I’ll help clear space so you can rest, recover, and bond with your baby.

This isn’t about fixing or fussing. It’s about honouring your instincts, restoring your nervous system, and helping you trust what’s already within you. I bring calm, clarity, and reverence so you can meet this chapter with courage, not confusion.

As your postpartum doula in Rugby, I’m here to be a calm, steady presence. Together, we’ll create a space where you feel seen, heard, and not alone even when everything feels overwhelming.

If you’re searching for postpartum support in Warwickshire that truly understands your experience, let’s chat.

Think of me as your steady presence in those early weeks, the one who brings warmth, reassurance, and a reminder that you already have what it takes to mother your baby.

Peaceful Postpartum Care Package

Those first weeks after birth are sacred. You’re not just learning how to feed and soothe a baby, you’re finding your rhythm as a mother. You’re recovering, adjusting, and building the foundation of your bond.

That’s where I come in.

My role isn’t to take over, or to tell you what you “should” be doing. It’s to create space where you can rest, feel supported, and begin trusting yourself in this new season. Because your baby doesn’t need a perfect mum, they need you—present, nourished, and cared for.

What support looks like

Every family’s needs are different, but together we’ll shape visits that leave you feeling lighter, steadier, and more resourced. This might include:

  • Emotional support: talking through your birth story, listening deeply, helping you process and feel heard.

  • Practical help: preparing food, light household tasks, or taking care of your baby so you can shower, nap, or simply breathe.

  • Nurturing your bond: support with feeding, soothing, and settling so you can learn your baby’s cues with confidence.

  • Grounding information: resources for recovery, sleep, and navigating the big changes, offered without pressure or judgment.

  • Family dynamics: helping you carve out space where your needs as a mother are centred, even amidst visitors and outside expectations.

How it works

  • 2 × 2-hour antenatal sessions so we can prepare together for your postpartum needs.

  • Flexible postnatal visits (2–3 hours each), tailored to what will truly serve you that day.

Pricing starts at £35 per hour.
